We are actively reviewing all available options to respond to the harmful changes impacting Maryland’s Self-Directed Services community, including policy, administrative, advocacy, and potential legal avenues. As we move from the halls of Annapolis into the next phase of accountability and action, your support is just as critical now as it was during session.

It allows us to support our experienced attorneys and experts to challenge harmful policies, expose unintended consequences, and ensure the voices of participants and families are not ignored by state officials and policymakers.
We refuse to stand by while policies are implemented that threaten access, reduce choice, destabilize families, and undermine the very purpose of Maryland’s Community Pathways waiver.
